Defenseless baby donkey ripped from his mother, tortured by children and left to die. Please help us save his life!
When our team found a four-month-old donkey foal Sunday in the West Bank, just north of Jerusalem, he was on death’s door.
Ripped from his mother, ruthlessly abused by children, and abandoned to die, poor Sunday was in such terrible condition that he couldn’t even stand.
Luckily for little Sunday, a 12-year-old girl saw the children abusing him and bravely chased them away. She called our partner, Starting Over Sanctuary (SOS), which quickly dispatched a rescue team.
Weighing just half the healthy weight of a donkey for his age, Sunday’s recovery will be slow, painful, and extremely costly.
With 900 donkeys to care for, SOS is financially overwhelmed and desperately needs our help to fund Sunday’s healing journey. Please help us give this sweet Sunday a second chance at life he deserves.
